The Etihad Stadium is the home of Manchester City in Eastlands, east Manchester. Built for the 2002 Commonwealth Games and since expanded, it hosts the biggest stadium concerts in the city, with a standing pitch in front of the stage and three tiers of seating around it.
Combining Manchester with Knebworth
Manchester is roughly 224 km from Knebworth, an easy train journey or short drive. Getting to the venue: The simplest route to the Etihad Stadium is the Metrolink tram to Etihad Campus, around 10 minutes from Piccadilly, or a 30 to 35 minute walk from the city centre along Ashton New Road. Parking near the stadium is limited and must usually be booked in advance.
